MINDFUL YOGA

Mindful Yoga Flow
This class combines a series of flowing yoga poses intended to cultivate a sense of self-awareness and a deeper connection to our bodies and minds.

 

Participants are encouraged to focus on the sensations, thoughts, and feelings arising in each posture. Throughout the class, moments of stillness and meditation are also incorporated.

Mindful Yoga Relax 
This class will gently guide you through a series of grounding postures.  Each pose is held for longer than in our flow class, encouraging a deeper exploration of the sensations that arise.

The posture sequence is intended to help participants connect deeply to their bodies and mind, as well as to facilitate a state that helps release any built up physical or emotional tension.

Both classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

MINDFUL BREATHWORK

Our Mindful Breathwork class offers participants an opportunity to practice present-moment awareness combined with a variety of deep and conscious breathing exercises.

 

In each class we teach breathing techniques that can help reduce stress and regulate the nervous system. 

We also incorporate moments of stillness, as well as guided mindful meditations.

 

We aim to create a calm and safe space for participants to simply be and explore their breath and being,

rooted in each present moment.

 

Classes suitable for beginners, as well as more experienced practitioners.

MINDFUL MEDITATION

In our "Mindful Meditation" class we explore meditation through a mix of guided breath, body and mindful movement practices.

Each practice is rooted in cultivating present moment awareness, as well as encouraging a deeper understanding of some of the attitudinal foundations within mindfulness, such as: non-judgement, patience and acceptance.


Both classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
