Individually crafted courses for you and your family
As the world grows busier, with increasing daily distractions, tight schedules and the growing use of screens and digital devices the importance of nurturing a strong and mindful home has never been more important. By supporting children and the adults who raise them to understand themselves and their emotions we hope to create a foundation of awareness and acceptance from the first moments in a young developing mind.
With a background in childhood education, we have spent the last three years delivering mindfulness and meditation to children of all ages in both school and home settings. From teaching daily meditations you can all do as a family or learning how to spot the physical and mental reactions to our emotions, we aim to support children and their families in developing a rich and nurturing practice.
We are able to work from our space in St Eriksplan or to come to your home and deliver sessions to you and your family teaching the principles of mindfulness and meditation. Over the last few years we have worked with children from five to fifteen and have found that getting the whole family involved is not only fun but can provide a special moment of connection for all.
