INTRO SEMINAR

If your place of work is new to mindfulness and is curious to learn more about how to practise meditation, this introductory seminar is a great place to start.

During our time together we will lay the foundation to what mindfulness is and how it works in developing tools to help reduce stress, increase focus and relational skills. You and your team will also get the opportunity to try out a couple of mindfulness-based meditation practices. There will also be the chance to learn more about the various opportunities we offer to workplaces.

Due to the current climate we offer seminars online as well as in-person for those of you returning to the physical workplace.

TAILORED WORKSHOPS 

Every workplace is different, each has its own unique blend of people and dynamics. 

This is is why we offer tailored workshops for your specific needs – all with the intention of ensuring that you and your colleagues receive tools and knowledge to incorporate mindful awareness at your place of work.
 

Together we will meditate, as well as practise a selection of exercises useful for handling daily work challenges. These workshops will teach you and your colleagues about mindful stress-management. 

We also want these workshops to be fun and enriching – an opportunity for colleagues to bond and interact with each other in a new and deeper way.


These workshops are based on us listening to you – this ensures an authentic foundation combined with the core principles of mindfulness – created for you and the unique individuals you work with. Some of our suggested workshops include: a half/full-day workshop, a "30-Day Mindfulness Challenge", a "Mindfulness Kick-off", or a day out in nature "Forrest Bathing" together.

MINDFUL BREAKFAST

Begin the day together by nourishing your body and soul with our Mindful Breakfast.

Food – or rather the eating of food – can be a great teacher of mindfulness. During the Mindful Breakfast you and your team will be served a beautiful breakfast, whilst learning some of the fundamental principles of mindfulness; through the practice of mindful eating combined with guided meditation practices.

The intention of our Mindful Breakfast is to create a space for your team to share a delicious, fun and mindfully enriched start to the day.

WINEFULNESS

Can wine and mindfulness really go together? Well, yes! Our Winefulness session invites you and your team to experience a wine tasting rooted in the foundations of mindful awareness.

We guide you through a wine tasting anchored in the present moment. Together we will learn meditations and exercises that encourage us to connect to our senses and enable a truly mindful way of experiencing wine.​ This is a lighthearted and fun introduction for your team to learn the basic fundamentals of Mindfulness.
